Lara Vadlau and Jolanta Ogar train with a new boat from the Italian shipyard Nautivela. The comeback of the AEZ World and European champions, after the seven-week break, goes according to plan. Lara´s right knee was treated for a cruciate ligament. According to the doctors and Lara´s constant progress it works as desired. The 21-year-old Austrian turbo chick is hardly limited in her movements and virtually painless.

Lara Vadlau:

„Five hours a day we are on the water, the training runs great, the knee works, so the mood is excellent. I am very happy to be back on the water and in the boat. The training in Rio will last until May 23 and then we will return to Europe. "

The next races where all of the Austrian Olympic Sailing Teams will participate is in Weymouth(GB) on June 8th. That means back to business and scoring points.
