Continuous growth has been part of the AEZ success story since the company was founded in the mid-90s. We have long since exceeded the million-wheel mark in yearly production and sales figures.


The success of our company is based on the strength of our designs, innovation and excellent product quality, as well as our commitment to customer service. Our product range includes classic wheel designs, specific wheels for the 3 german premium brands Audi, BMW and Mercedes. Of course we offer a wide range of wheels for SUVs and off-roaders too.


AEZ makes quality assurance a high priority. All AEZ wheels undergo numerous tests and are rigorously examined and certified by German TUVs. AEZ’s logistics all over germany have around 900.000 alloy wheels in stock, ensuring prompt delivery and availability.


High-quality products, innovative ideas and continuously adapting to current trends are also imperative for steady and successful growth. As the European market leader for aluminum wheels for the aftermarket, AEZ also continually sets new standards in B2B and B2C communications. AEZ ProduCtion


AEZ Produktion GmbH launched full operations at its German Neuenrade production site, the largest construction project in the history of the company.


The newly built location in Neuenrade (North Rhine-Westphalia) applies cutting edge technology to the production of over a million wheels over a total area of 14,000 m2. A total of approximately € 13 million was invested in the new site.


The modernisation of the Neuenrade location created 50 new jobs in the region and illustrates the ALCAR Group’s central strategy:


“Made in Germany” – AEZ Leichtmetallräder supports Germany as a production site



More and more of our competitors are focusing on cutting costs by relocating production to low-wage countries. AEZ has taken a different route, setting as a goal the manufacture of nearly 100 per cent of its AEZ brand wheels at its own production sites in Germany by 2011.


Our motto is “Profitability based on Quality and Flexibility”. Eighty per cent of our wheels are already manufactured at our own sites in Germany.
